Genee Francis, LPC-Supervisor, NCC


Genee Francis is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who maintains dual licensure in the State of Texas and the State of Georgia to provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Genee specializes in trauma resolution and relationship counseling. Other areas of expertise include:

Genee is a change agent who has over 19 years of experience developing and empowering others while serving in various counseling roles within higher education, non-profit organizations, and the public sector.  In these experiences, Genee has had the opportunity to counsel children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings: Alternative secondary schools, private & public Universities, social service organizations, churches, and clinical settings.

Genee uses counseling methods that encourage clients to discover and use their own God-given strengths to set and achieve self-identified goals.  Genee is passionate about being a light and resource equipped to help individuals and families heal through the recognition and resolution of trauma.  As a servant leader, Genee feels purposed to carry out the call as described in 1 Peter 3:8 to "be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble" in her service to others. 

Outside of practicing as a mental health professional, Genee serves as a wife and mother.  Special interests include travel, reading, decorating, and fellowship with family and friends.
